1.3. Tax identification
BlueGo Solutions OÜ operates under the tax regime of the Republic of Estonia. Estonian VAT number (käibemaksukohuslase number): EE102989498. Where applicable, supplies of services to individual consumers residing in other European Union Member States are declared through the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, in accordance with Article 369a et seq. of Directive 2006/112/EC. The VAT number shall appear on every electronic invoice issued by BlueGo Solutions OÜ, in compliance with § 37 of the Käibemaksuseadus (VAT Act).
1.4. Intellectual and industrial property
All distinctive signs, names, logos, visual identity, colour schemes, source code, databases, editorial content, photographs, illustrations and other elements forming part of the Platform are owned by BlueGo Solutions OÜ or by third parties who have granted BlueGo Solutions OÜ the corresponding licences. The exploitation of such elements is protected by:
- Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society;
- Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market;
- Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark;
- the Estonian Autoriõiguse seadus (Copyright Act); and
- the Estonian Kaubamärgiseadus (Trademark Act).
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other act of exploitation of the aforementioned elements without the prior, express and written authorisation of BlueGo Solutions OÜ is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
1.5. Links to third-party websites
The Site may contain links to web pages operated by third parties (including, among others, the third-party providers in the eSIM supply chain with whom BlueGo Solutions OÜ works at any given time, AirHelp Germany GmbH and Stripe Payments Europe Limited). BlueGo Solutions OÜ assumes no liability for the content, practices or privacy policies of such pages, without prejudice to the intermediary service provider liability regime set out in Articles 12 to 15 of Directive 2000/31/EC and in Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
