AirHelp 航班保护 — 条款和条件

1. Service Provider

The Flight Protection service ("Service") is provided by AirHelp GmbH, a company registered in Germany ("AirHelp"). BlueGo Solutions OU ("BlueGo", "we", "us") acts as an authorized partner of AirHelp to offer this Service to its customers.

AirHelp provides services to air passengers to facilitate them receiving compensation from airlines resulting from certain air travel disruptions, including flight delays, cancellations, and overbooking, under applicable air passenger rights regulations (including EU Regulation 261/2004).

2. How the Service Works

When you opt in to Flight Protection at checkout, you authorize BlueGo and AirHelp to:

• Compare your flight booking data with flight disruption data to identify potential eligibility for compensation.
• Contact you by email regarding your potential entitlement to monetary compensation.
• If eligible, pursue a compensation claim on your behalf through AirHelp's Compensation Service.

The Service is provided at no cost to you at checkout. AirHelp may charge a service fee (deducted from any compensation obtained) only if a claim is successfully resolved in your favor, as outlined in AirHelp's general terms.

3. Data Sharing & Privacy

By enabling Flight Protection, you consent to BlueGo sharing the following data with AirHelp and any third parties necessary for the provision of the Service:

• Your name and email address (as provided at checkout).
• Your flight number, flight date, airline, and route information.
• Your booking reference (if applicable).

AirHelp processes your personal data as a data controller for the purposes of providing the Compensation Service. AirHelp may use sub-processors to provide the service. BlueGo acts as a data controller for the initial data collection and as a data processor when transmitting data to AirHelp.

Both BlueGo and AirHelp comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation. For more information, see AirHelp's Privacy Policy and BlueGo's Privacy Policy.

4. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By accepting these terms, you grant BlueGo and AirHelp authorization to:

• Act on your behalf in identifying and pursuing flight compensation claims.
• Communicate with airlines and relevant authorities regarding your claim.
• Collect compensation on your behalf, subject to AirHelp's service fee.

AirHelp will in its sole discretion decide which claims for flight compensation to pursue. There is no guarantee that the Service will result in compensation.

5. AirHelp's Terms of Service

Your use of the Compensation Service is governed by AirHelp's own terms of service, which form the sole contractual relationship between you and AirHelp with regards to the provision of the Compensation Service. You can review these at:

6. Limitation of Liability

BlueGo acts solely as a partner facilitating access to AirHelp's services. BlueGo makes no representations or warranties that the Service will result in flight compensation. AirHelp is the sole provider of the Compensation Service, and any claims, disputes, or issues regarding the Compensation Service should be directed to AirHelp.

7. Opt-Out & Data Deletion

You may opt out of the Flight Protection service at any time before completing your purchase by disabling the toggle at checkout. If you have already opted in and wish to withdraw your consent or request deletion of your data, please contact us at support@bluego.io and we will coordinate with AirHelp to process your request.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, where BlueGo Solutions OU is registered. Any disputes related to AirHelp's Compensation Service are governed by the laws of Germany, as specified in AirHelp's terms of service.
